嘉宾简介:Professor Christian W Haerpfer is President of the World Values Survey Association (WVSA) since 2013. The World Values Survey is the largest academic and large-scale cross-national survey in the social sciences on values systems, value change in general and well-being and happiness in particular. The World Values Survey has studied the structure and development of happiness of Chinese citizens and social well-being in mainland China in 5 quantitative and nationwide surveys in the years 1990, 1995, 2001, 2007 and 2012.Heis Director of the Institute for Comparative Survey Research –ICSR- in Vienna (Austria). He is also Founding Director of the ‘Eurasia Barometer - EAB’ in Vienna (Austria), which is analysing social, economic and political change in Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova), Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan) in the period 2000 – 2015.

In 2013, Kseniya Kizilovar became the Deputy Director of the Eurasia Barometer. In her capacity as Deputy Director of the Eurasia Barometer, she became an associate member of the Steering Committee of the Global Barometer Survey (GBS) Group (Santiago de Chile), which is the worldwide organization for comparative social science large-scale quantitative surveys in different world regions. Other members of the GBS Group in addition to the Eurasia Barometer are the Asian Barometer, Afro Barometer, Arab Barometer and Latino Barometro.Kseniya Kizilova is Administrative Secretary of the World Values Survey Association (Stockholm, Sweden) since April 2014. Since 2013, Kseniya Kizilova serves as the Secretary General of the Research Committee No 17 on ‘Comparative Public Opinion’ at the International Political Science Association (IPSA) in Montreal (Canada).
